Personalize learning (recommend content, resources, or opportunities).

Communicate with you (service updates, reminders, transactional emails, and—if you opt in—newsletters).

5) Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Essential functions: login, security, load balancing.

Your choices:

Use your browser or device controls to block/clear cookies.

If offered, adjust preferences in our on-site Cookie Preferences manager.

Some browsers send Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals; where required by law, we treat GPC as a “do not sell/share” opt-out.

We do not respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals.

6) How we share information

We share information with:

Service providers/Processors that help us host, store, analyze, support, email, process payments, run events, and provide community tools. They are contractually bound to use data only to provide services to us.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where “sell” or “share” is defined to include cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., under the California CPRA), we either do not engage in such activity or we provide an opt-out where required.

7) AI and automated tools

We may use trusted AI-enabled tools (e.g., transcription, summarization, content moderation, tutoring aids) to operate and improve the Services. When we do:

Vendors act as processors under contract and are prohibited from using your data to train models for others.

We apply access controls, minimization, and retention limits consistent with this Policy.

8) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including providing the Services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Typical retention examples:

Account and program records: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

Payment records: per tax and accounting laws.
